‘nduja 1846
Originally typical of the Vibo Valentia territory, it is now produced in the whole region. The right proportion of fat, ground shoulder and spicy pepper is the secret of this unique pork spread. Available in all our lines and naturally smoked. For a special version, we also add red onion of Tropea.
